I saw this recipe from Heavenly Homemakers and had to give it a try. Instead of using peanut butter, I used freshly pressed almond butter from Ingles, and Gluten Free Rice Krispies cereal to make it gluten free. If you can't do brown rice, then you might want to try a different cereal. So many gluten free products are made with brown rice, so always check the ingredients for details.

Gluten Free White Bread

Here is a really good gluten free white bread recipe provided by Bob's Red Mill. I found it on the back of their Potato Starch Flour and have been using it ever since. It makes a great bread for French Toast. It's also a great recipe to use if you can't do brown rice. Here's hoping you enjoy it as much as our family does.
