If you need a good way to get your veggies in, this is the best! Here is a great salsa given to me by Demarius Rodriguez.
Ingredients
5 Tomatoes
5 Lemons or Limes
1 Can of Corn
1 Can of Black Beans
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
1 Green Bell Pepper
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1 Red Onion
1 Bunch Cilantro
Directions: Chop tomatoes, bell peppers, onion, and cilantro. Put it in a large bowl. Drain can of corn and black beans. Add to bowl. Juice lemons or limes and add to bowl with olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
